The Battle Against Bayer's Berkeley Biolabs: An Interview with Dana Perls of Friends of the Earth

Bayer (which bought Monsanto in 2018) is massively expanding its biolabs in Berkeley, California. So far, the city has refused the demands of residents who want Bayer to submit annual reports about its research activities to increase transparency and help ensure public safety. The city has also refused to make Bayer promise not to engage in research that could enhance the pandemic potential of pathogens or lead to the creation of genetically engineered humans. Organic Consumers Association's political director Alexis Baden-Mayer will interview Dana Perls of Friends of the Earth about the battle against Bayer's Berkeley biolabs.
